Welcome to TwoWise. By accessing or using our website twowise.co (“Website”) and the Talezy application (“App”), the Jukebox AI (“App”), Craze AI (“App”), Peeka Baby Generator (“App”), MeowTalker (“App”), Rayzy (“App”), and Keen (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our Website and Apps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website or any App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website or the Apps.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or any App after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

3. Use of the Website and Apps

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Website and Apps, unless a specific App states a higher minimum age, in which case that higher minimum age applies to that App. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable requirement.

3.2 User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. Some Apps allow anonymous use without registration. Where an account is created, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information accurate, current, and complete.

3.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Website or any App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disrupt, or impair the functionality of the Website or the Apps. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in any activity that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Website or the Apps, or the servers or networks connected to them.
• Using any automated means to access the Website or the Apps for any purpose without our express written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and the Apps, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TwoWise or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, except as expressly authorized by us.

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Submission of Content

You may submit content, including stories, audio, images, videos, and comments (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant TwoWise a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Website and the Apps.

5.2 Responsibility for User Content

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the license above and that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from users of the Website and the Apps.

7. Disclaimers

The Website and the Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website or the Apps will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from their use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TwoWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Website or the Apps; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Website or the Apps.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TwoWise, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Website or the Apps, or your violation of these Terms of Use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts and execution offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Republic of Türkiye, shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.

12. Keen — Additional Terms

These additional terms apply specifically to Keen (the “Keen App”). Where these additional terms conflict with the general Terms of Use above, these additional terms take precedence for the Keen App.

12.1 Eligibility — 18+

You must be at least 18 years old to download, access, or use the Keen App. This requirement applies regardless of the minimum age stated in Section 3.1. By accessing or using the Keen App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate access to the Keen App and delete the associated content and data.

12.2 Acceptance

The Keen App does not require you to register a named account; profiles are created anonymously. You accept these Terms of Use, including this Section 12, when you first access the Keen App. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Keen App.

12.3 Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

TwoWise operates a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior in the Keen App.

Content that violates these terms is removed, and the account responsible is suspended or permanently terminated. Termination may occur without prior notice and at our sole discretion. Terminated users may not create new profiles to circumvent enforcement; where we detect circumvention, we will terminate the new profiles as well.

Where an account is terminated for a violation of these terms, any unused credits or other in-app benefits associated with that account may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law and by the rules of the platform through which the purchase was made. Subscription cancellations and refunds are handled by that platform in accordance with its own policies.

12.4 Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not create, generate, upload, publish, share, or otherwise distribute any content through the Keen and Jukebox AI Apps that:

Sexual content and child safety

• is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive;
• depicts, describes, or otherwise involves a minor in any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative context. This is an absolute prohibition with no exception, including for fictional, artistic, stylized, animated, or AI-generated depictions;
• sexualizes any real person, whether or not that person is identifiable;
• constitutes child sexual abuse or exploitation material of any kind.

Violence and dangerous content

• depicts, promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, terrorism, or violent extremism;
• depicts graphic violence, gore, cruelty, or the abuse of humans or animals;
• promotes, instructs in, or facilitates dangerous or illegal acts, including the manufacture or acquisition of weapons, explosives, or illegal substances.

Hate and harassment

• promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation;
• contains hate symbols or hate speech;
• harasses, bullies, threatens, intimidates, defames, or targets any individual;
• discloses another person’s private or identifying information without their consent.

Self-harm

• promotes, encourages, glorifies, or provides instruction in suicide, self-harm, or disordered eating.

Deception, impersonation, and likeness

• impersonates another person, brand, or organization;
• uses the name, voice, image, or likeness of any real person without that person’s explicit consent, including through AI generation, voice cloning, or synthetic media;
• is designed to deceive as to its authenticity in a manner that could cause harm, including synthetic media depicting real people saying or doing things they did not say or do;
• is spam, is misleading, or artificially manipulates engagement, views, reactions, or leaderboard rankings.

Intellectual property and illegality

• infringes any copyright, trademark, publicity right, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party;
• is otherwise unlawful under the laws applicable to you or to TwoWise.

12.5 Content You Upload for AI Generation

The Keen and Jukebox AI Apps allows you to generate songs and videos, including from prompts, lyrics, and photographs you provide.

By uploading a photograph or any other material, you represent and warrant that:

• you own the material or have all rights necessary to use it and to grant us the license described in Section 5.1;
• the material does not depict a minor;
• if the material depicts any person other than yourself, you have that person’s explicit and informed consent to use their image in AI-generated content;
• the material does not otherwise violate Section 12.4.

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and for the content generated from them.

12.6 Content Moderation and Filtering

We operate automated content moderation at two stages:

1. At generation. Prompts, lyrics, and uploaded images are screened before any song or video is produced. Requests that violate Section 12.4 are rejected and do not produce an output. Uploaded images are additionally screened for the presence of minors and for explicit content.
2. At publication. Content is screened again before it can appear in any public feed, including For You and Discover. Content that fails this screening is withheld from public feeds and routed for human review.

These systems are monitored and updated by our team on an ongoing basis. Automated moderation is not infallible, and we supplement it with human review of reported content as described in Section 12.8.

12.7 Reporting, Blocking, and Removing Content

The Keen App provides the following tools to every user:

• Report content. Any song or video in the feed can be reported using the report control on the content itself. Reports may be submitted under categories including copyright or intellectual property, sexual or inappropriate content, hate speech or hate symbols, violence or dangerous content, child safety, self-harm or suicide, and spam or misleading content, with an optional free-text description. Reports are anonymous; the reported user is not told who reported them.
• Hide content. You may immediately hide any reported content from your own feed.
• Block users. You may block any user, either from the reporting flow or from that user’s profile. Once blocked, you will no longer see that user’s songs, videos, or playlists, and the blocked user will no longer be able to view your profile or content, or follow you. You may unblock a user at any time from their profile or from Settings.
• Delete your own content. You may delete any song or video you have created at any time from your profile. Deletion removes the content from all feeds, profiles, and playlists immediately.

Submitting knowingly false or bad-faith reports is itself a violation of these terms and may result in enforcement action against your account.

12.8 Enforcement and Response Times

We review every report of objectionable content within 24 hours of submission.

Where content is found to violate these terms, we remove it and take action against the account responsible, up to and including permanent termination. Content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, or the sexualization of minors, is removed immediately upon detection, the responsible account is terminated without notice, and we report the matter to the relevant authorities and organizations where required by law.

We may also remove content or restrict accounts where required by law, by a valid legal request, or by the rules of the platform through which the Keen App is distributed.

12.9 Appeals

If your content has been removed or your access has been restricted and you believe this was done in error, you may contact us at info@twowise.co. Please include any information that identifies the content or profile in question. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable period.

12.10 Contact and Reporting Inappropriate Activity

You can report inappropriate content, abusive users, or any other concern regarding the Keen App directly in the app, from Settings → Contact Us, or by writing to us at:

For copyright and intellectual property claims, please include the information necessary to identify the allegedly infringing content and the work you claim has been infringed, together with your contact details and a statement that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf.

12.11 Third-Party Platform Terms

The Keen App is distributed through third-party platforms, including the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of the Keen App is also subject to the terms of the platform through which you obtained it. Nothing in these terms is intended to conflict with those platform terms, and the relevant platform is not responsible for the Keen App or for content generated or shared by its users.
